The Mobile Map project focused on organizing our various mobile files in Figma and identifying any potential gaps in the Mobile Master file. It required a thorough exploration of the Salesloft mobile app to make sure that our Figma design files accurately mirrored the live application.
Highlights
Through meticulous efforts, I successfully crafted a comprehensive Mobile Map that reflected the Salesloft mobile app.
I developed a design audit for our Figma files to assist our mobile designer and initiated a mobile audit for further streamlining.
Mobile Map
The Mobile Map project was initiated to address the challenge of managing numerous mobile files in Figma and uncover potential gaps in the Mobile Master file. My primary objective was to create a comprehensive Mobile Map to identify any design gaps in the Mobile Master file.
Navigating the Salesloft mobile application to map out each tap and destination proved to be a significant and insightful challenge, requiring meticulous exploration of the app's design structure.

Despite the complexities, this project provided invaluable insights and marked the beginning of identifying potential gaps in the Mobile Master Figma file. With this Mobile Map in place, the mobile team can work towards a unified file that consolidates all mockups for the Salesloft mobile app, resulting in a more cohesive and streamlined design experience.
By leveraging the Mobile Map, we identify areas for improvement in the app, allow for a streamlined designing experience, and have all the mobile files in one space when designing. The insights gained from this project will serve as a foundation for future design iterations of the Salesloft mobile app.

Reflection
Reflecting on the Mobile Map project, I'm proud of the dedication and effort I invested, which enabled me to learn and gain significant experience within the timeframe. Each task offered valuable insights and contributed to my learning journey. However, in retrospect, I recognize there were areas where I could have adopted a different approach.
• An important takeaway from this project was realizing the value of frequently questioning 'why'. This deeper questioning enriched my understanding and drove more informed design decisions.
• Another key insight was understanding the need to view the project from a broader perspective. Grasping the larger impact of the Mobile Map could have better aligned my work with wider strategic objectives at Salesloft.
Key Takeaways
Looking back on the Mobile Map project, some of my key takeaways are:
• The importance of asking 'why'. Digging deeper into the reason behind each design decision can offer greater context, leading to a more comprehensive understanding of the project.
• Seeing and understanding the bigger picture. Taking a moment to consider the broader implications of a project can help align tasks with larger strategic objectives.
• The role of design audits. Conducting a design audit, in this case for figma mobile design files, demonstrated its value in identifying gaps, and setting the stage for more cohesive design solutions in the future.
